Rural roads play an important rolein our country's road network.At the end of 2016,the mileage of rural road construction in our country has reached 3.96 million kilometers,of which the proportion of cement concrete pavement is as high as 80%-90%.However,due to its low level of design,complex geographical environment and limited investment,it leads to many diseases early on the road and its service life is much lower than its designed value.In addition,due to the low proportion of rural road asphalt pavement,the lack of appropriate preventive maintenance technology research.Based on this,this paper relies on the project of X390 County Road in Renhuai City,Guizhou Province,and conducts a research on preventive maintenance technology of asphalt pavement in rural road.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the X390 county road condition survey,the classification of the road disease and the analysis of the cause of the disease resulted in the cracks and looseness of the common diseases of the road surface.The main causes of the disease include: asphalt quality,the quality of mixture and climatic conditions Winter and rainy season precipitation),traffic volume,types of vehicles and loads and so on.(2)The advantages,disadvantages and adaptability of several common precautionary curing technologies,such as slurry seal,fog seal,crushed seal,micro-surfacing and thinning,are analyzed.Based on the analysis,X390 County road asphalt pavement common diseases and characteristics of the common disease and conservation technology adaptability analysis to determine suitable for X390 County Road pre-curing technology for the slurry seal.(3)Based on the pre-curing technology of slurry seal of X390 County Road,the paper studied the optimization of raw material of slurry seal,and preliminarily determined the mix proportion of slurry seal mixture,the external water content of slurry seal mixture and the best asphalt content Finally,the performance of slurry seal mixture was tested by cohesion test and wet wheel wear test.(4)The water stability of slurry seal was evaluated by indoor wet wheel wear test.The anti-slip performance of slurry seal pre-curing pavement was studied by outdoor tilting meter.Combined with the investigation of X390 county road before and after the pre-curing of slurryseal Section collection of disease points compared to evaluate the effect of the slurry seal effect;Finally,through comparative analysis of the pre-curing economic benefits,the preventive effect of the slurry seal is evaluated.
