| With the rapid development of China’s transportation and the improvement of people’s living standards,higher requirements are placed on the quality of road conditions.The 13 th Five-Year Development Plan clearly states that China’s highways will enter the peak period of cyclical maintenance,and the proportion of preventive maintenance will become larger and larger.Preventive maintenance is a cost-effective maintenance strategy for existing pavements that is taken in good road conditions or at the beginning of road disease.However,due to the complexity of the types of diseases and the diversification of conservation measures,how to apply effective conservation funds to the most need-to-maintain roads at the right time with the best maintenance method to achieve the best maintenance effect is the road maintenance management department.The problem facing.Therefore,based on the existing road condition performance and disease characteristics,the research on preventive maintenance decision of highway asphalt pavement is carried out,a more scientific and reasonable evaluation system is proposed,a precise pavement performance prediction model is constructed,and a preventive maintenance decision-making system is established to extend the service life of the road.It is of great significance to reduce the cost of road maintenance and make scientific decisions.This paper firstly classifies and analyzes the common diseases of asphalt pavement,introduces the preventive maintenance measures commonly used in asphalt pavement,and establishes the relationship between them and diseases.Then the road performance evaluation index in the current code is explained,and the road performance evaluation model based on SVM is established.The method is proved to be more scientific and reasonable through specific cases.Then the highway pavement performance prediction model based on grey Markov combination is established,and the combined performance model is used to predict the pavement performance index.The results show that the combined forecasting result is better than the single forecasting result.Finally,from the perspective of cost minimization,the road pavement maintenance decision model with the weighted and minimized maintenance cost and user cost is established.The effectiveness of the decision model is proved by specific cases,so that the road maintenance management department can provide the preventive maintenance decision.Scientific and reasonable plan. |
