Quality Management And Application Research Of Construction Project

This article discussed and studied the concept and characteristic of quality management, quality control, and total quality management of architectural construction project, analyze the concrete problems existed in the engineering quality management of our country, and study and make concrete countermeasures. Meanwhile, it also makes some analysis and demonstration for engineering quality management system of our country.The main contents are as follows:First, this study made a deep and careful analysis for the quality, quality management, quality control, and total quality management of architectural construction project. In particular, it made a mainly discussing for the PDCA cycle of total quality management, and the methods and tools of quality control.Second, specifically analyzing the concrete problems of architectures quality management of our country. Focused on the existed problems, it made related scientific solutions and measures. It builds the subcontract unit optimization model, engineering quality comprehensive evaluation model and quality improvement optimization model by mathematical method, and validated the functions and effects by project case.Finally, it discussed quality management system of the architectural construction project, and builds the quality management system. The system was assured to operate through quality control tools, mathematical methods. It also gives some case analysis to validate the scientific of the system.
