With the large development of the headlamp,the design of the headlamp of the vehicle occupies the pivotal status in the new style vehicle type overall design.The design of the front lighting system should not only beautiful and energy saving,but also to achieve the performance unity of the high speed response and the environmental protection.For the currently existing vehicle adaptive front lighting system is too expensive,is not conductive to popularize and promote,the mathematic models is not very accurate and so on.This paper based on the theorem named Ackermann steering geometry of steering,relying on the turning model of the vehicle,try to research an adaptive front lighting system that are easy to promote and high controlling precision.On the basis of the analysis of the lighting influences on road safety when driving at night,This paper puts forward that how AFS system deals with different road conditions and different environment at night,summing up the main working mode of AFS system including raining lighting mode,country lighting mode,turning lighting mode,high way mode,and city lighting mode.Aiming at lamps light source and light type,the current mature AFS system is analyzed and summarized.This paper designs the AFS system on the basis of the existing theory and lighting lamps and lanterns,the overall architecture of the designed AFS system uses CAN bus and LIN.This paper studies the on-board network bus,CETC network and sensors used in AFS system,designs AFS algorithm,makes a theoretical analysis of the AFSand establishes mathematical model.AFS algorithm adopts the advanced Model Based Design(MBD)and analyses deeply based on the model to complete the software development and generates the codeswith the application of Matlab.At last,AFS designed by this paper is carried on the real car to test,which gives the experimental data of real vehicle test,proves the feasibility of the system design and practical application value.
