Now,people have become increasingly demanding about economy,safety and comfort for the automobiles,the vehicle's intelligentize and informatization have development rapidly,more and more electronic devices were initialized.Therefore,the wire harness had inevitably increased;the whole system became so more and more complex that the requirements of monitoring the information on vehicle and the driver interact with vehicle have gone up.In recent years,with the development of wireless communication technology,it is used in the car sector is uncommon.A significant reduction in installation and wiring harness complexity can effectively solve the inconvenience of wired signal transmission.This paper designs an integrated vehicle management system,which is based on ZigBee wireless networks.The management system enables control strategy based on fuzzy control of the driving force,data-driven prognostics and health management,battery's parameters monitoring based on wireless,as well as information on the condition of the display,information management,flexible and intelligent.The paper first discusses the development situation of pure electric vehicle;describe the technical characteristics of embedded technology and ZigBee,Z-Stack protocol stack system.For pure electric vehicle‘s management system applications,proposed the overall system design..Finally,performed system function test,and analyzed the results.
