| The oil crisis and environment pollution has caused tremendous influence topeople’s daily life. Many countries are actively conducting research on new andrenewable energy. Pure electric vehicle has the excellent characteristics of don’tdependent on oil, low pollution, low noise and it is considered to be an importantway to solve the energy crisis and reduction environmental pollution. Electroniccontrol technology is one of the three key technologies for electric vehicle, the coreof it is vehicle management system. This paper designs a pure electric vehiclecontroller,and the main contents are as follows:Firstly, This paper studies the present situation and characteristics of pureelectric vehicles at home and abroad, and analyse the structure of the vehicle controlnetwork, besides it puts forward the design scheme is determined.Secondly, Analysis commonly used drive control strategy and the controlstrategy of braking energy recovery of the pure electric vehicle.The drive controlstrategy is based on the thought of MAP graph. The control strategy of brakingenergy recovery combined mechanical brake and electrical brake.At last, In the aspect of hardware design, detailed analysis of the workingprinciple of each module in the system, and carries on the design of each moduleconsidering the electromagnetic compatibility and anti-interference ability ofhardware circuit. In the aspect of software design, the CAN communicationprotocol based on the SAE J1939are involved. the controller software architecture,the software of the controller main program and driving program are design bymodular idea. Then uses LabVIEW to complete the software design on PC. |
