The development of electric vehicles has entered growth period from the import period.Vehicle control unit is the core component in electronic control system of pure electric vehicle,and it has an important impact on recharge mileage,power,and safety.Therefore,it must be rigorously tested in the development process.Hardware-in-the-loop test is an important way to ensure the reliability and security of VCU.In this paper,carried out the research on VCU strategy,HIL test platform and test specification development method.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Analyzed the function requirements of the VCU,and designed the input and output signals,state diagrams and transfer conditions for the gear management,economic mode and creep function.The control strategy model was built and simulated in Simulink/Stateflow.Developed the embedded software program that complies with the AUTOSAR standard.(2)According to the vehicle parameters,the vehicle simulation model was developed in MATLAB/Simulink,including the battery pack model,the motor model,the main reducer model,the wheel model and the vehicle dynamics model.(3)Developed hardware-in-the-loop test system for VCU based on NI PXI platform.Designed a fault injection unit and explained its using principle.NI VeriStand was used to create and manage real-time test projects and NI TestStand was used for test automation.Developed test data management software,so that the test sequences and test report files generated in the test process could be centrally managed.(4)Carried out HIL test and road test.Explain the standardized HIL test process.The concept of test attribute was put forward,and the test cases developed by the test attribute classification method were able to realize the full coverage of the function point.The test results not only verified the correctness of the VCU control strategy,but also verified the accuracy of the model and the completeness of the HIL system.
