With the rapid development of the electronic and the digital technologies, the Digital Storage Oscilloscope technology is progressing outstanding too.The modern Digital Storage Oscilloscope(DSO) has provided with more powerful functions,such as intelligent wave capturing,parameter analysis,very large scale wave data storing,data share,FFT math computering,and so on. SO, all the functions will require rigid and faster speed of the wave data capture.The project comes from the 1GSPS random sampling and broad band digital storage oscilloscope, and the oscilloscope is required the time sampling rate up to 1GSPS, and 4KB per channel sample depth at least.The reasreaching purpose of the project is the high-speed data acquisition, which is one of the key technology of the digital storage oscilloscope.A high-speed data acquisition hard ware system will be required to design and realize in the project.In this hardware design, a system construction is adopted, which is composed of an AD chip, a FPGA chip and an ARM developer board.And the printed circuit board is adopted four layers.In this dissertation, the DSO is introduced firstly.And then, the each part of the high-speed data acquisition hardware system are illustrated in details, including three mostly composed parts: ADC digital clock generator, digial and data acquisition circuit and ARM control circuit.The following chapters respectively discuss the detail design scheme and the realize methods, in the meanwhile, each parts'testing results and charts are provided.At last, the guidelines of high-speed PCB layout are discussed in the end of the dissertation. The correspond reloutions of the power and signal integrality are provided too.
