Research On Manufacturing Capability Of Military Electronic Components Based On Information Technology

With the rapid development of China’s space industry in recent years,the reliability and stability requirements of the research institutes are becoming more and more stricter.As an important part of aerospace products,the military electronic components quality has a huge impact.Therefore,the manufacturing capacity of military electronic components manufact urers also need to be upgraded.In this paper,the manufacturing capability of military electronic components manufacturers is studied.And the definition of enterprise manufacturing capability and the connotation of information technology are analyzed in detail.After then,the evaluation models of manufacturing capability and information are proposed.Based on the above work,a manufacturing capability model based on information technology is proposed.The model contains the hypothesis of the impact of information technology on manufacturing capability.These assumptions are presented based on the literature and the survey.Then,the structural equation model(SEM)is used to verify whether the hypothesis is correct or not.In the end,the results of the analysis show that the hypothesis are right.Based on the assumption that is verified,this paper provides some suggestions for the information planning of military electronic components manufacturers.And the software system is developed to realize this plan.
