Compared with ordinary buildings,electronic workshops construction has the characteristics of large volume,tight schedule requirements,high level cleanliness and structural anti-micro-vibration requirements.At present,the construction of electronic workshops is divided into the traditional cast-in-place structure and PC structure,the comparative research on the construction management of the two ways of construction is relatively few.In this paper,based on the Xi'an Samsung Electronics Workshop project adopting PC structure uniquely,a comparative study of the construction management of traditional cast-in-place structure and PC structure and the SWOT analysis are conducted,and the research results show that:The structural design of the two structures is almost identical,in addition,PC structure can improve the level of anti-micro-vibration and cleanliness,thereby improve the yield of electronic products.In schedule management aspects,the huge area of single-layer results in the difficulty of the removal of the template,frame materials and other materials.However,for PC structure construction,without the template of the traditional cast in place structure,frame materials,etc.,the subsequent clean room renovation,mechanical and electrical installation work can be started upon the finishing of prefabricated components installments.In the aspect of quality management,the prefabricated concrete adopts unified mix,so the quality is easy to ensure.The mall size error and high flatness of precast elements can overcome the surface roughness of cast-in-place concrete structure,which is divided into a number of pipeline construction.In the aspect of security management,PC structure does not need to support the construction and dismantling of the support system.That can eliminate the risk of people falling.PC structure construction can significantly reduce the dust produced by grinding the concrete site,thereby reducing the construction personnel inhalation of dust damage.In the aspect of cost management,despite of the high cost,PC structure construction can significantly shorten the construction period,and reduce the loan interest.Which contribute to the 324.39 RMB reduction of comprehensive cost per square meter.In the aspect of environmental management,PC structure can greatly reduce the waste of resources and environmental impact in the construction site by using factory production and on-site assembling construction mode.SWOT analysis of high-tech enterprises using PC structure construction method indicates that:The strengths of adopting PC structure construction methods include shortening the construction period,reducing the overall cost,improving the structure quality,meeting the requirements of green construction,high safety level and relieving the labor shortage.The weaknesses include high construction cost,lower PC structure design maturity and more difficult construction.The opportunities are compose of the promotion of national industrial policy,easing the phenomenon of labor stress and the close link between PC structure research and application.Threats to PC structure of high-tech electronics workshop are that this industry chain is not perfect,and the subjective reception of this structure is low,for which the application of the PC structure in the electronic plant construction is affected negatively.In summary,compared to the traditional cast-in-place construction,PC structure of the construction method has more advantages,and it is worth promoting.
