The Research On Working Place In High-tech Enterprises

"It is important to build an attractive working environment,to stay creative."-Jobs What kind of working environment is attractive?How to build the attractive working environment?This paper,based on the theory of "place spirit",conducted a study on the scientific research working place in high-tech enterprises.With the help of the research model:the spirit,the structure(offices),and the settlement(activities),this paper also summarized the characteristics and construction methods of the "attractive" high-tech enterprise scientific research sites.In this paper,the characteristics and the building process of scientific research working place in high-tech enterprises are discussed in three parts according to the observation,analyses and practice.The first part "observation" consists of two parts,one is the summary of relevant theories,secondly the concrete analysis of scientific research working place in high-tech enterprises by observing the three place building elements(spirit,structure,settlement),which are summarized after the empirical research of the Apple Corp.The second part "analyses" the characteristics of the scientific research working place and its influence and significance to the innovation of high-tech enterprises.Then it discusses the construction strategy and the method of the scientific research place with three examples.The third part "practice" proves the feasibility and practical operation of the research office as the design thought through the analysis of the actual cases.
