Cast-in-place monolithic reinforced concrete structure is a new building structure system that suitable for industrial production and field connection, which is proposed by Hebei United University researchers. It is developed based on requirements of building energy saving and housing industrialization, which is suitable for housing.The combination of precast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab is different from the cast structure and precast concrete structure, it is a composite structure formed by connecting in precast concrete cast-in-place concrete. It has good structural integrity, good crack resistance, save resources, simple construction, shorten the construction period.To research the combination of precast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab,the experiment analysis the flexural performance of the same grade of concrete strength and different steel bar diameter condition according to the two groups of specimens(six pieces in total)of the static load test, study the overall mechanical properties of the combination of precast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab and the effect on slabs.The test showed that stress process of the combination of precast and cast-inplace reinforced concrete slab can be divided into three stages, elastic stage, crack stage and failure stage, the stage of damage occurs when it stress into plastic stage. The test shows that the cast-in-place contributes a lot before cracking, it also can prevent the further development of cracks effectively and prevent the degree of slab falling down after cracking.This paper compares the combination of precast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab with the cast-in-place monolithic floor from flexural performance, finding that under certain conditions the new type of slab is better than the cast-in-place floor.
