Research On Container Unit Technology Based On Railway Logistics

Container unit as the integration of the supply chain,important equipment of mechanical work and improve the efficiency of logistics,has an important significance for the development of railway modern logistics,container unit can greatly improve the efficiency of logistics operations,improve the operation flow,and ultimately reduce logistics cost.With the rapid development of railway networking technology,container unit can eventually be used as sensing terminal to network system were built,the cost of application containerization technology not only can solve the construction of things,can bring great convenience to the development of railway and enterprises.This paper is divided into 5 parts,as follows: first of all,it introduces the background of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the content of this topic and research methods.Then,the relevant theoretical basis is introduced.For example,the concept and characteristics of railway logistics,the theory of standardization of railway container unit and the summary of assembly packaging.Secondly,this paper introduces the selection of container unit logistics equipment,introduces the current situation of standardization of container unit in railway transportation at home and abroad,and introduces the selection principle of pallet.The selection of container logistics pallet is expounded from two aspects of material and tray specifications.The cargo tray design,from the two aspects of goods stacking layers,tray layout schemes are described,and in the form of case to illustrate the design of goods stacking layers,tray layout.Thirdly,the paper introduces the design of railway container yard operation and the process plan of railway container handling.Then,the allocation of loading and unloading resources is introduced,from the aspects of handling equipment,operation capacity,allocation of loading and unloading resources,and so on.The model of equipment allocation efficiency is constructed,and the model design and solution are introduced in the form of case.Finally,the full text is summarized,and the prospect is given.Through this research,put forward in the unit load by 1200 mm × 1000 mm as the main railway tray type,which determines goods stacking layers and layout scheme,and optimize the handling resource allocation.It lays the foundation for the popularization of containerization in railway freight transportation.
