Bridge in the natural environment and the long-term use of the environment under load, often occurs injury and disease, seriously affected the normal use of the bridge. It has important society significance to maintain, strengthen, and rehabilitate the existing bridges for the purpose of keeping their serviceability and extending their service life.Steel wire mesh with permeable polymer mortar is new rehabilitation technology for reinforce concrete structure, where usually polymer mortar is reinforced with layers of continuous and relatively high-strength steel wire mesh. The new rehabilitation technology possesses advantages of high-strength,fire-resistance,corrupt-protection,non-pollution,and easy construction, etc. So it seems to be widely application market. The experiments on the flexural behavior of reinforce concrete T-beams strengthened with wire cable mesh and polymer mortar are performed. The experiment of the study involved testing of 4 RC T-beams strengthened in flexure and 1 control specimen without strengthened. The experiment of the study includes 2 parts:one is the study of strengthening RC T-beams with polymer mortar considering first load. The other is the study o f strengthening RC T-beams with polymer mortar considering secondary load. The strengthening results of reinforced with U-shape polymer mortar have been analyzed. And the performance of the tested beams and modes of failure are presented and discussed in this paper. The test results show that the rehabilitation greatly improved the flexural behavior of reinforce concrete T-beams at serviceability limit states.Based on the experimental results, the analytical model based on a strain compatibility and equilibrium of internal forces, the rehabilitation effect, structural behavior and failure morphology are evaluates,The calculating method and formulae of the flexural capacity of the T-beams strengthened with high-strength steel wire and polymer mortar are presented. The limits of the usage of this strengthening technique and design formulae are proposed for the engineering practice. In addition, several parameters, including the amount of strengthening wire cables and the concrete strength, are simulated with the ANSYS finite element program. The load-deformation process, flexural failure characteristics and the effect of various parameters on their behavior are all discussed. The theoretical calculated results agree well with the finite element analysis results and the test results, the proposed calculation method can be served as reference for engineering practice.
