Research On The Visual Art Of Decorative Wood Veneer

With the rapid development of world economy and the high-speed progress of society,the living standard is improved as well.People's ideology,consumption patterns and aesthetic sentiment have had a great change so that they also have more ideas and attention for living space environment.Wooden decorative materials are the commonest materials used for interior decoration comparing with multitudinous materials.Wooden decorative materials are the best to creating the atmosphere of interior space.Visual artistry as a kind of "language" can help people to communicate with interior space environment,this way also help interior space to provide better service for people.Decorative wood veneer is the research object of this paper,the paper intend to research on the visual artistry of it in interior space based on related theoretical knowledge and will discuss properties of color and texture.Firstly,through documentary research method,it defined the concept and p roperties of decorative wood veneer.Secondly,through market investigation method,it summarized the application forms used for interior space design to be prepared for the further study.Finally,under the guidance of art theory and space applications,through case and comparative study method,it systematically researched the properties of color and texture and their art expressive forces in interior space.The color and texture of d ecorative wood veneer can be divided into natural and artificial.Based on the related theories,this paper discuss the decorative artistry and expressive forces of decorative wood veneer in living space,office space,commercial space and furniture.Different color can foil in different space and create a variety of styles,as the same,different texture combination also make the space more neoteric and the different combination between color and texture can create different visual perception and psychological feelings.The research on visual artistry decorative wood veneer in different spaces conclude the artistic expression and methods those provide theoretical basis for the interior space application and bring new inspiration to the designer,increase the utilization rate and use the visual artistry and environment atmosphere to communicate well with people.
