Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)is favored by the civil industry because of its advantages such as high strength,light weight and corrosion resistance.Its application research also develops from reinforcement and reinforcement to the main bearing member of the structure.Due to the stress of truss structure simply,the bar of the frame only by tension or pressure;using FRP pipe instead of steel truss structure as the main stress components,FRP combined plane truss,can give full play to the FRP material tensile and compressive ability,and can significantly reduce the structure weight,also solve the corrosion of steel truss the problem,reduce the maintenance cost structure later.The key to the application of FRP composite truss structure is the connection of FRP nodes and the mechanical performance of structures.This paper studies the mechanism and design method of the force of National Natural Science Foundation of FRP-concrete composite box girder structure based on double deck traffic system(item number: 51578236)project,according to node FRP combination plane truss are connected with the key problem,design a composite connector variable preload corrugated wedge tooth,and the physical production the connection and related experiments,and then on the basis of the design of a FRP combination of plane truss,and produced a full-scale test model,the node load stress and the theoretical calculation were compared,the main research contents are as follows:(1)in order to improve the connection performance of FRP pipe,a variable corrugated wedge pre tightening force tooth composite connector was designed,and the tensile strength test after joining FRP pipe was carried out.The test results verify the effectiveness and reliability of the connection of the FRP tube with the variable corrugation wedge pre tightening force tooth composite connection,which can successfully solve the node connection problem in the FRP truss structure.(2)for the special material performance of FRP,the design of FRP truss should follow the principle that under the same load,the number of tension rods should be as many as possible,the number of compressive rods should be as few as possible,and the force of the compressive bar should be as small as possible.On this basis,a FRP composite plane truss was successfully designed and fabricated,and the experimental study on the force performance was carried out.(3)Based on the combination of FRP plane truss by the mechanical properties test of the analysis can be found in the elastic range of load,load displacement and strain FRP compositejoints in truss rod and the linear change,and coincide with the calculated results,the calculation and analysis of the basic theory so the truss calculation for FRP plane truss.
