A Study On Quality Management Of Aircraft System Simulation Test Projects In A Institute

A Institute is a commercial aircraft design and research ins titute with a long history.Since established,it keeps to be independent and innovate,and have had frequent collaborations with Aviation Industry Group members and also some commercial aircraft manufacturer abroad.A Institute is currently undertaking the design of a couple of commercial aircrafts of the country,some of which have been done and put into commercial use.The commercial aircraft system is composed of flight control,hydraulic,electrical,avionics and so on.Design of a commercial aircraft system is complicated and takes time.Simulation tests are needed to support its rationality.Those tests are called Airc raft Simulation Test,which is a key step for aircraft design.In this thesis,we focus on quality management of aircraft simulation test projects in A Institute.We first introduce the increasing demand in global commercial aircraft market,the challenges and opportunities we are facing in China,and updates of quality management of projects at home and abroad.Then we introduce the background of quality management,quality management of projects,and some common tools,which solidate the basis for further analysis and solutions.Based on the analysis of the current states of on quality management of aircraft simulation test projects in A Institute,the following problems are existed.1.The poor connection and cooperation among departments lead to low efficiency.Improper organization structure and lack of manager in A Institute are the reasons;2.The evaluating standards of quality in outsourcer are Incomplete and not scientific enough;3.Lack of effective evaluation and analysis system in quality management during tests.To solve these problems mentioned in management of aircraft simulation test projects,in this thesis,we choose strong matrix organization structure,and set up Integrated Product Team with a team manager,to make smooth connection between departments and more efficient work.We establish the quality evaluating standards for outsourcers by questionnaire method,clarify the weight for each standard by analysis hierarchy process,and therefore establish the quality evaluating system for outsourcers in commercial aircraft simulation test projects.And we make efficient evaluation to measurement system of the tests by Measurement System Analysis,and improve the quality of the data.The results and conclusion of our research is a good reference for improvement of quality management of aircraft simulation test projects in A Institute.
