Multilayer hot-press is the key equipment in the man-made board production,it is the decisive factor,which influence the quality of man-made board.The first press that put into producing man-made board is multilayer hot-press,and now in our country it still has a large market share.For equipment old or outdated technology and other reasons,there are some problems of multilayer hot-press in terms of pressure and heat,such as pressure and temperature control automation level is low,low accuracy of hot platen closed questions,these will affect the density,strength and thickness uniformity.Study the characteristic of multilayer press hydraulic system and control method improving hydraulic system with automatic control according to man-made board hot-pressing process to improve the quality of plate.In this paper,the structure composition and the properties of the multilayer press hydraulic system is analyzed combining with the characteristics of multilayer hot pressing process.A multilayer hot-press hydraulic servo control system is build by introducing hydraulic servo control system to solve the problems such as the unbalanced pressure in the production process,the error of the plate thickness caused by the non-synchronization of the pressurized plunger cylinder,the influence of the mechanical properties of the plate.The hydraulic servo control system of multilayer hot-press is analyzed,and the mathematical model of hydraulic servo control system is established.By analyzing the Bode diagram of the system and the response curve of the typical signal,The stability,the fastness,the steady-state error and the signal tracking ability of the hydraulic servo control system of the multilayer hot-press are used to grasp the shortcomings of the performance of the hydraulic servo system,analyze the causes of the shortage,and propose to improve the system performance by introducing the controller Measures.Based on the PID control and fuzzy PID control theory,a fuzzy PID controller can be designed to adjust the PID control parameters in real time in order to optimize the performance of the hydraulic servo control system of the multilayer press.To build the hydraulic servo model under the fuzzy PID control,the simulation results show that the system has faster response speed,smaller steady-state error and better signal-following performance under the fuzzy PID control,so as to ensure the realization of the system control performance index and provide the basis for the automatic control of the system.
