In the global climate warming,environmental problems are increasingly serious,energy-saving emission reduction has become a common topic in all fields.The large-scale press,which is an important tool in the heavy industry,is a typical example of energy consumption and waste.The improvement and improvement of its efficiency has always been the focus of scientists and engineering technicians in various countries.In this paper,the hydraulic system of 12.5 MN press to be built by an enterprise is taken as the research object.The schematic diagrams of the hydraulic system of the valve control press and the hydraulic system of the pump control press are designed in accordance with the requirements of the press conditions in the traditional way.A schematic diagram of a hydraulic system based on a servo motor direct drive quantitative pump and a proportional valve control press is presented.Using Modelica-based simulation software Simulation X,the above-mentioned three hydraulic system simulation models were established.Through the detailed setting of system parameters,the system simulation results were obtained.Using comparative research methods,the above three systems were compared and studied in terms of rapidity,stability and efficiency.In terms of rapidity,the hydraulic system using the servo motor direct-drive quantitative pump and proportional valve control press has retained the proportional valve to control the position of the hydraulic system of the press.Compared with the hydraulic system of the pump control press,the rapidity there have been significant improvements.In terms of stability,the hydraulic system with the servo motor direct-displacement quantitative pump and the proportional valve control the press under the simulation conditions,the indicators meet the requirements.In terms of efficiency,the hydraulic system using a servo motor direct drive metering pump and a proportional valve control press uses a servo motor direct drive metering pump as a power source.Because the efficiency of the servo motor itself is higher,the installed power is lower than the traditional control method.In addition,a load-sensitive control method is applied to the servo motor direct-displacement quantitative pump,which effectively improves the efficiency of the entire system.Comparing the three aspects,the proposed hydraulic system with servo motor direct drive quantitative pump and proportional valve combined control press is superior to the conventional way of controlling the hydraulic system of the valve press and hydraulic system of the pump control press. |
