General press can accomplish the process of sheet blank-ing, shallow stretching, bending, finishing and die forging, its can meet the demand of process in general production of most cases. But, with the long-term use process, especially in the process of deep drawing process of sheet, found that using the traditional press, the qualified rate of parts is low, caused more scrap. Aiming at the shortcomings in this aspect of the traditional press, we hope to develop a press which the user can define kinematics indexes of working stroke, velocity and acceleration, etc. The content of this topic:first, design the numerical control hydraulic servo press hydraulic system, to improve the immune control algorithm and forming the immune Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm, and apply to the numerical control hydraulic servo press system to improve its working stroke and the speed control accuracy.This paper first proposed the overall scheme of the hydraulic system, design the hydraulic system principle diagram according to requirements; Calculated and selected the hydraulic components, checked the system pressure loss and temperature rise. And established system model by ADAMS, the simulation analysis was carried out; Derived the transfer function of servo press hydraulic system, the stability, observability and controllability of control system transfer function were analyzed, designed the PID (proportional, differential, integral) controller. For comparing with the traditional PID control method, designed immune particle swarm control method which suitable for servo press hydraulic system, the method was applied to PID control, established control system block diagram, optimized out the new control parameters of the system using crossover and mutation of immune algorithm, simulated the system using SIMULINK software based on new optimization results, the simulation results:the needed time ts which the system tend to stablilize respectively are0.025s and0.064s, which show that control characteristic of immune particle swarm algorithm is obvious and with short transition time compared with the traditional PID algorithm. Compiled controller based on immune particle swarm algorithm, control experiment and production test for the CNC servo press hydraulic system, debugged repeatedly and formed CNC servo press hydraulic system control method and developed YH100CNC servo press hydraulic system products.
