Weinan is the second largest city in Shaanxi province.It is in the eastern part of Guanzhong modern economic zone and Guanzhong high-tech industrial belt.It is the second core city according to the spatial strategic layout of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone.It mainly develops machinery,electronics,bio-medicine,agricultural and sideline products processing and eco-tourism industries,etc.Base on the sencond phase irrigation project of Dong Lei pumping Yellow River,the water supply project in Weinan has solved the living and industrial production water in the central city of Weinan,Weibei coal chemical industry area and the development area of the LuYang Lake.The optimal allocation of water resources in the water supply area is related to the sustainable development of water resources.It plays a positive role in promoting economic and social development.According to the principle of rational development,economical use and effective protection of water resources,the foundation of the analysis of regional water resources and the current situation of development and utilization,the objective of the research on the optimal allocation of water resources in the water supply project for pumping Yellow River in Weinan is to analyze and demonstrate the reasonableness of water intaking and the feasibility of water intaking scheme,propose a scheme for optimal allocation of regional water resources,actualize the efficient utilization and scientific management of water resources,meet the requirements of reasonable water use in the project at the same time.Starting from the geography,social economy and water resources of the water supply area,the present situation of water resources development and utilization,and the water demand for production,domestic water and irrigation water are analyzed and calculated in this paper.By establishing the mathematical models of the same ratio model,weight distribution model and user participation model in water allocation,it puts forward the selection of water source argumentation and water supply plan,and compares the allocation model suitable for this water supply area.After the simulation calculation,it makes a reasonable analysis of the results of the calculation,puts forward the balance of supply and demand of water resources,analyzes the level of water supply and water shortage in the current year and horizontal year,clears the allocation targets and constraints of each water supply unit,and finally determines the recommended optimal configuration case.The research results have laid a scientific foundation for the efficient use of water resources in the Yellow River water supply project in Weinan.
