With the rapid development of China's chemical industry and road transportation industry,the number of special vehicles for hazardous chemicals transportation has increased significantly.While improving the efficiency of vehicle transportation and enhancing the vehicle carrying capacity,the basic vehicle information management,driving route and driving status monitoring,and safe operation are also implemented.Issues such as management and national network management have arisen.This paper combines the horizontal project “Beidou Intelligent Security System” to address the issue of intelligent protection equipment and signs for identification of dangerous goods vehicles,intelligent identification of identification information,vehicle information management issues,vehicle trajectory and driving status monitoring issues.Based on the above,a set of dangerous goods vehicle intelligent safety management system was designed.The main research content of the paper includes:First of all,for the intelligent identification of safety protection equipment,signs and signs carried by hazardous chemicals vehicles,the radio frequency communication technology,RFID technology and low-power technology were studied and studied,and an active RFID smart label was designed.It is able to actively transmit ID information for identification and can meet requirements in terms of power consumption.Secondly,for the problem of identification of ID information emitted by active RFID tags and monitoring of driving status of the vehicle's driving route,a vehicle-mounted embedded information terminal is designed.The terminal not only receives the ID information emitted by the active RFID on the security protection device.And the identity recognition function,as well as the use of Beidou positioning system to determine the driving route,testing whether to drink driving,GPRS data upload back-end systems and other functions.Then,a barrier controller module was designed in conjunction with the onboard information terminal,and a general barrier controller installed in hazardous locations(such as terminals,oil depots,and chemical plant reservoir areas)could be judged based on the information sent by the concentrator.The vehicle safety status thus enables the function of automatically opening or releasing the barrier.Finally,based on the Internet technology,a back-end system for hazardous chemicals intelligent management was designed for the problems of vehicle information management and national network management.The system can manage the basic information of all vehicles and the vehicle position information and security status information uploaded by the concentrator through GPRS,and can also display the status of each vehicle on the map according to the position information.Active electronic tags and vehicle-mounted information terminals have already been installed in small-scale operations,and the intelligent security management platform has also been put into trial operation on the public network.Currently,the overall operation of the system is stable,which proves that the system design is reasonable and reliable,and has promotion value.
