Study On The Distribution Characteristics Of Commercial Space Of Large Railway Passenger Station Based On POI Data

The construction of China's railway terminal is in the process of accelerating urbanization.New developments have taken place in the development and construction of the terminal area in terms of urban regional economic development,urban spatial distribution and residential life style.As one of the important components of the railway station area,the planning and construction of commercial space in the railway station area has a certain catalytic effect on its good development.In this paper,based on the data of five large commercial railway station areas as research area,food service,shopping service,living service,financial insurance service and medical care service,the visual analysis of POI data is taken as a research method,Study the characteristics of the commercial space distribution in the station area in terms of quantity,form and trend,and analyze the reasons for the formation of commercial space in the station area by studying the influencing factors of commercial space distribution in the station area.Among them,the nuclear density estimation method is used to study the aggregation characteristics of station area business,and the standard deviation ellipse analysis method is used to study the distribution center and distribution direction of station area commercial space.Through the research,it is concluded that there are two kinds of distribution patterns of commercial space in the large-scale railway passenger station: "central aggregation" and "centrifugal distribution",of which "centrifugal distribution" is divided into "unilateral distribution" and " Two forms.In the end,based on the research on the distribution pattern and influencing factors of the commercial space in the station area,this paper takes Hankou Station as an example to conduct a more in-depth study on the distribution characteristics of the commercial space in the station area.From the station location,traffic and commercial distribution Ratio,commercial distribution center of gravity and other aspects of Hankou Station area commercial space distribution made some optimization suggestions.
