At present,in order to improve the comprehensive performance of advanced aerospace products,the developed countries have widely used the thin-walled parts of the whole structure,such as the skeleton and the skin of the aircraft.The skin is important part of the aircraft,belonging to aircraft shaped parts,direct the formation of the aircraft's aerodynamic shape.The aerodynamic shape of the aircraft has very strict technical requirements.Therefore,aluminum alloy covers are widely used on modern large-scale civil aircraft.The skin stiffness is very poor.During the assembly process,the whole structure and thin-walled parts are large in size,complex in structure,and very precise in shape accuracy.The peripheral contour is in coordination with other parts and complex assembly.It is difficulty to manufacturing,and hoisting is also very easy to damage it.Such a part has a very poor stiffness,in manufacturing process,because of various factors,it is easy to deform.Over the years,the manufacturing technology of large aircraft skin,including skin lifting as the key technology of aircraft manufacturing,has been plaguing the aviation industry.The domestic traditional aircraft skin technology is manual handling and reserved bolts or strap-up lifting.It has prominent feature,such as spending a lot of manpower,low efficiency,difficult turnover and low economic benefit,so a new technology and new equipment are urgently needed.Referring to the present situation of vacuum hoisting technology at home and abroad,this article solves the technical difficulties existing in the traditional hoisting of aircraft skin and other technical difficulties,and develops feasible and flexible hoisting equipment for aircraft skin for the problems which are low efficiency and assembly accuracy of conventional methods for aircraft skin assembly.This equipment adopts the principle of vacuum adsorption to arrange the adsorption points rationally,ensure the assembly order and assembly accuracy through suction cup adsorption and equipment turnover positioning control,improve the assembly accuracy and assembly efficiency,and reduce the labor intensity of workers,and it can be based on the shape of the skin surface,through the sucker shaft expansion and contraction to achieve a flexible adsorption effect,can absorb a variety of surface aircraft skin for widely used.The vacuum flexible hoisting equipment solves the technical difficulties in the traditional lifting of the aircraft skin.It has the advantages of high working efficiency,reliable assembly and strong practicality.It has a wide range ofapplication prospects and feasible.This paper also programs a vacuum calculator software to provide calculation and use in vacuum design,which is simple,convenient,accurate and reliable,and brings great convenience to vacuum adsorption design.
