The leakage of pipelines was a major problem in the safe operation of pipelines.I n northern China,there are a lot of economic and resource losses due to leakage of ther mal pipelines in cities every year.At present,in the area of urban thermal pipeline leak detection,professional detection methods and equipment are rare.This article aimed at the application of thermal pipeline testing equipment,analyzes the interference factors of pipeline leakage detection,and made corresponding countermeasures to formulate a set of Corresponding detection process flow provides technical support for pipeline lea kage detection,improving the accuracy of leak detection and positioning,and reducing the cost and difficulty of detection.This paper firstly describes the detection principle of the magnetic-temperature int egrated detector of thermal pipelines,and analyzes the application of weak magnetic,i nfrared,and humidity detection principles in leak detection.Secondly,according to the weak magnetic,infrared,and humidity detection princi ples,combined with the in-service detection of the integrated detector,the problems ex isting in the actual detection process of each detection module are summarized,and the corresponding interference factors of each module are analyzed.In the field-weakenin g detection,the effects of detecting disturbance factors such as sensor jitter,surroundin g parked vehicles,manhole cover,electromagnetic interference,Three-way pipe,cross pipe,rust block corrosion,and detection center offset were analyzed,and a series of int erference signal characteristics were summarized;infrared temperature measurement I n the upper middle of the detection,characteristic analysis of the leakage signal was pe rformed,and an infrared region imaging method was designed to distinguish the enviro nmental interference signal from the leakage characteristic signal.Finally,after many tests and analysis and engineering application summary,a ne w inspection process was formulated,which eliminated the influence of a series of inte rference factors and improved the accuracy of leak detection.
