After using the natural gas pipeline for a long time,the pipeline will be damaged and leak,causing accidents,causing huge economic losses and energy losses.Therefore,for the maintenance of gas pipeline,the most critical problem is to timely find the leakage of gas pipeline and accurately locate the location of the leakage point of gas pipeline.Aiming at the problem that gas pipeline leakage is difficult to monitor and locate in real time,a gas pipeline leakage monitoring and positioning system is designed in this paper.The system consists of two parts:monitoring subsystem and locating subsystem.The monitoring subsystem realizes real-time monitoring of leakage and shows the general area of leakage.The positioning subsystem is used in the leakage area to precisely locate the leakage point.The gas leak monitoring subsystem is composed of detection node and sink node.The detection node is installed near the ground of the gas pipeline.It is mainly composed of gas sensor,embedded microprocessor and LoRa module to realize the detection and upload of gas leak.The sink node applies the LoRa module to gather the data of the detection node in a certain area,and then the NB-IOT module is uploaded to the monitoring platform.The gas leak positioning subsystem is composed of sensor array and sink node.The detection node in the sensor array is mainly composed of infrasound sensor,STM32F103C8T6 and LoRa module,which collects and uploads infrasound signals during leakage.The sink node gathers the data of the sensor array and performs positioning algorithm operation to obtain the location of the leakage point.In addition to displaying the location of the leakage point at the local mobile terminal,the leakage point is also uploaded to the monitoring platform,where the gas leakage monitoring subsystem and the positioning subsystem share a monitoring platform.The monitoring platform receives data and provides users with an interactive interface,which can realize the management of detection nodes,real-time display of data,leak alarm,gas leak range display,leak location display,data query and alarm warning.In this paper,an algorithm for locating gas pipeline leakage based on subsonic source is proposed for the positioning subsystem.Firstly,the improved TPSN clock synchronization algorithm based on kalman filter synchronously adjusts the clocks of each node.Then,the sensor array is used to detect the infrasound signal generated by the leakage point,and the time difference calculation is carried out by using the generalized cross-correlation method.Finally,the leakage point is located by combining with the established geometric model.Finally,the gas pipeline leakage monitoring and positioning system is tested.The experimental results show that the gas pipeline leakage monitoring and positioning system designed in this paper has realized the functions of real-time monitoring and accurate positioning,which provides a reliable basis for the detection and maintenance of gas pipeline leakage points.Figure[67]Table[3]Reference[71]...
