With the rapid economic development in our country and the rapid increase of per capita GDP,the car ownership of domestic residents has sharply increased while the problem of urban traffic jams has also become increasingly serious, which has seriously affected the normal travel of residents. However, with its own transport efficiency, less environmental pollution and higher safety, urban rail transit has been rapidly developed in major cities throughout the country.Due to the inevitable overlap of the newly added rail transit lines with the existing urban public transit network and the poor connection, these problems will affect the transportation efficiency of urban rail transit and bus lines to varying degrees. Therefore,to solve the problem of integrated and coordinated operation of bus lines and urban rail transit has become the key force and starting point for improving the transportation efficiency of urban public transport system.Based on the characteristics and functions of urban rail transit and bus operation, this paper analyzes the various factors affecting the coordination of public transport modes operation between the two cities under the premise of the integrated and coordinated operation of both to sum up.Taking the minimum passenger average travel time as the final destination, the optimal model of urban rail transit station spacing is established and the optimal station spacing is determined.Based on the principles and objectives of bus route optimization,OD matrix to optimize the bus line network, and to establish the evaluation index method of coordination between urban rail transit and bus operation based on the optimal and optimized bus line network of urban rail transit station; Finally, with the combination of Xi'an Metro Line 3 The author analyzes the bus routes in the affected area and puts forward the adjustment and optimization plan, and evaluates the optimization plan with the established evaluation index and method.
