Research On Effect Of Energy Saving Comprehensive Reconstruction Of The Old Residential District

At present,the urgency and complexity of the old communities’ renovation has appeared.Before the 1990 s,self-built housing by enterprises and public institution occupied the main position in China.However,with the fast steps of development,the rapid growth of economy,and the increasing need of citizens,a large quantity of newly-built residences have been built and are put into use,which also helps to improve the appearance of the cities and citizens’ life.In the new century,people’s living standard has been increasing and their lifestyle has changed greatly.People begin to have higher requirements on life quality and comfort.The issues of the old houses before 1990 s have emerged,includingwall cracks,leaking,pipe leakage,poor heat condition,almost-no-parking and so on,which do have influences on the city image.Therefore,how to deal with the safety problem of the old houses and how to make full use of the old houses has been widely discussed under the circumstance that mass-demolishing and mass-construction are not permitted.The comprehensive renovation of the old houses aiming to anti-seismic reinforcement and energy conservation has become the main measures in rebuilding and renovating of the houses,which has been spread in many big cities of China.Based on the huge quantities of literature data and the real case of the project,the paper conducted the research mainly through qualitative and quantitative analysis and empirical analysis.First,it analyzed the present situation and the characteristicss of the existing old communitiesin Beijing and the renovation progress of the old communities in Haidian District,Beijing.Second,Based on the above analysis and research,the paper took Tayuan Community,Beijing as an example to analyze the energy consumption and other existing problem,to make specific renovation implementation,to carry out the energy saving program.What’s more,it also conducted the software model analysis and actual statistics according to the effect of construction energy consumption after renovation,compared the theoretical statistics and the factual data,analyzed the reasons existed in residents’ feeling,social benefits,energy saving,and put forward solutions,for instance,establish laws and regulations,strengthen citizen participation,set up normative regulation system,and drive mature energy-saving research and extensive application through economic interests.
