| Railway is the transportation artery of the national economy,which is the most important infrastructure.With the rapid development of the high-speed railway and the EMU at the speed of 250km/h and 300km/h,the railway transportation has brought us not only great speed,convenience,and punctuality,but also the more demanding requirements for the regular overhaul and emergency response plan.When the faults of the equipment due to the natural disasters,random causes or the artificial factors happen on the way,there is only the mechanic on the train could fix them.Sometimes,affected by some factors,such as the instability of the information transmission,the environment and the ability of the staff on the train,some emergencies cannot be dealt with promptly.Therefore,the stable and advanced Remote Emergency Diagnostic System is really essential to guide the mechanic on the train to deal with the faults and emergencies,which secures the safety and the orderly conduct of the operation.The paper is based on the data of Fuzhou EMU depot,Nanchang Railway Administration.In order to meet the need of the build of the Remote Emergency Diagnostic System,it is necessary to make the best use of the 3G or 4G communication system and Mutiple-pathways visual wireless emergency rescue platform software which can be installed in all Railway Command and Control Centers.The mechanic can carry the communication video device with customized PDA communication software and photography device.When the accident or the mechanical failure happens,all the information including the video,the audio,words and GPS locating signals,can be sent back to the Command and Control Centers to get the comprehensive failure diagnosis.In this way,the failure diagnosis can be remotely analyzed by many different professionals without interference,which can be helpful to analyze and remove the failures quickly and improve the efficiency of the repairing work.Nanchang Railway Administration takes the lead in working with the communication operator and the system developer to build the advanced Remote Emergency Diagnostic System mentioned above,which will definitely give the railway emergency response system a more bright future. |
