Abstract/Summary:
The stable operation of power grid is related to the healthy development of national economy and the normal operation of people’s life,and its ability to maintain stable operation is very important.However,in recent years,a number of strong natural disasters have caused great damage to the power grid.After the accident,the quick repair of power grid is particularly important for restoring power supply and supporting the rescue and disaster relief of various social departments.Emergency command is a key link of power grid emergency repair work.Developing a set of power grid emergency command system with complete functions,advanced technology and stable operation is of great practical significance for promoting the scientific and technological progress of State Grid Corporation,improving the efficiency of power grid emergency repair and reducing power failure losses.The author participated in the research and development of a set of power grid emergency command system,and the work done by the author is as follows:First,the user needs of the emergency command system are analyzed,six functional modules of the command system are designed,covering emergency scenarios and daily maintenance scenarios,the physical structure of the command system is built,the software logical architecture is designed,and the deployment and application scheme of the system software in the power supply company is studied.Secondly,aiming at the problem of base station location in the communication network construction of power grid emergency command system,considering the influence of buildings on base station signal obscuring,based on the return information of a soldier to the disaster area survey,a graphical description of the problem of emergency communication base station location is proposed.On this basis,a two-layer optimization model of emergency base station location is constructed.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by comparing the particle swarm optimization algorithm with the support vector machine model in an example.Then,on the basis of following the software development specifications of i State network security interactive platform,the development tools and framework of mobile terminal software of command system are selected.The low power Bluetooth development technology and Beidou Short message 2.1 communication protocol are studied,and on this basis,the process of sending and receiving Beidou short message data is designed.The access mode and networking scheme of satellite communication and AD hoc communication in command system are studied.In the process of development,the third-party services such as Tencent audio and video call were demonstrated and successfully introduced.Finally,the software development of the mobile terminal of the power grid emergency command system was realized,the exercise script of the power grid emergency command system was written,and the field exercise was carried out in the emergency command center of a city power supply company.The deficiencies exposed by the software during the exercise were corrected,and the emergency command system was finally applied in the safety supervision department(security Department,emergency Management Department)of a power supply company.
