Discussion On Optimization Scheme Of CTC System Acceptance

Centralized Traffic Control System(hereafter referred to as CTC system)has been widely used in Fujian high-speed railway centralized system to integrated network techniques,communication technology and modern control technology.Follow the principle of intelligent decentralization design,and taking the train operation adjustment plan as the core,it is a advanced automatic scheduling operating system in plan as a whole to train and dispatch work.The construction quality of the CTC system plays a decisive role in daily maintenance management,affects the equipment will be running properly or not directly,ensures the driving will be safety or not.Since Oct.2009,the acceptance of the first high-speed railway in Fujian,to the recent acceptance of other high-speed railway in Fujian,there are still lots of problems in the CTC system acceptance,the article will do some research on the problems we found from several high-speed railway in Fujian.This article focuses on the three stages of acceptance of the CTC system and the external conditions,technical indicators,etc,discusses on the construction and acceptance plan,construction conditions,contents and procedures of the joint pilot test of CTC system,suggests on the acceptance of CTC system.It is expected to improve the acceptance of CTC system,to simplify the construction of the CTC system,to make the CTC system construction be more expedite,to make the CTC system be more stable.
