With the rapid development of China’s economy,more and more high-rise residential buildings have been built,its set of leisure and entertainment,restaurants,residential,commercial as one of the multi-functional complex project has become a major architectural design of the difficulties and hot spots,and it is the multi function of high-rise building that puts forward higher requirements for the safety,applicability,energy saving and reliability of building electrical design.Based on the actual project,this paper analyzes the electrical design of high-rise residential buildings,which integrates shops,warehouses and residential buildings,and designs four systems of lighting,lightning protection,fire protection and power supply for high-rise residential buildings according to the design of electrical design.The specific work done in this paper consists of the following parts:(1)In the design of power supply and distribution system,the load distribution system is calculated and the types of power supply,low voltage distribution system,transformers,protection equipment and wire and cable are selected according to the load calculation results.Among them,the entire power supply and distribution system set up a dual power supply,all the way from the municipal power supply,another way from the diesel generator,but also set the UPS emergency power supply,improve the reliability of the entire power supply and distribution system.(2)In the lightning protection grounding system design,the roof protruding position are installed lightning protection network,and lightning protection grounding,power distribution system grounding,weak grounding,etc.sharing a set of grounding system,the other in the distribution box,elevator Room,the computer system set up a surge protector,enhanced the entire residential building lightning protection performance.(3)In the design of the fire system,all the fire equipment using dual-loop power supply,and in the end of the switch,fire equipment are clearly marked,all fire protection equipment line overload protection only has the alarm function,does not operate in the switch,the entire fire control system by the fire control center monitoring and linkage control;In order to save the energy emergency broadcast with the ordinary share a broadcast.(4)In order to meet the requirements of the conservation-oriented society,the selection method of the low-voltage distribution line under different load sizes is studied from the angle of economic energy saving.By comparing the analysis to obtain a reasonable way to increase the cross-section of the wire can really reduce the loss.In the design of lighting system,all lamps and lanterns and accessories are used for energy-saving,to meet the needs of energy conservation.
