With more than30years of reform and opening up, China’s economic developmentvigorously, and the city all kinds of high-level ultra-high-rise buildings are going upresidential building three-tier four-story development to multi-layer, high-rise; and food, housing, entertainment one high-rise commercial and residential is to become an importantsymbol of the modern city, has brought great convenience to people’s lives. At the same time,high-rise commercial and residential electrical design, electrical designers have put forwardhigher requirements. The object of this design is the electrical design of the HB Building11of the centralmansion. This project is a17-story high-rise commercial and residential, one to two-storycommercial podium,3to15seven for ordinary residential. The design elements include thelighting system design and supply and distribution system design. In lighting system design, the use of the utilization factor method for illuminationcalculation to determine the optimal number of lights and lighting layout program to create acomfortable shopping and living environment for people. Supply and distribution systemdesign based on load levels, the characteristics of the project, the size of the system, powersupply radius, Party on the power supply requirements to determine the system power supplyand distribution methods and programs; application of requiredcoefficient method, thestatistics of system electric load necessary to calculate the data acquisition system design;with the environmental characteristics of the actual project in accordance with the diagram ofa system and lighting system diagram of the system to calculate the data and power supplyand distribution the network part of the wire type, laying methods, root number andcross-sectional area; reasonable choice for low-voltageelectrical equipment at all levels, andcarry out the necessary inspection equipment.
