| It is necessary to have a deep study on the energy consumption of buildings in order to push the Green Building Setting Up Activity.The energy consumption of air conditioning system is an important part of building energy consumption,accounting for about half of the total energy consumption of the building.The central air conditioning system for large public buildings is usual with a great amount of energy consumption,which have many systems including water,electricity,air treatment,so it is a positive meaning to find out the causes leading to great energy consumption by making some studies on the building’s energy consumption constitution and operation performances.In order to discover if the operation system of the air conditioning system is energy sav-ing,if the management is scientific and if the measurements taken in design and constrction period are reasonable,the text has the field survey of a commercial office building in Guangzhou and collects the operating data of the central air-conditioning system running in 2015.First of all,the text analyzes the running electric current of main equipment to know about the operating load and energy consumption level.Then,the text combines the annual operation mode of four chillers with the load character of this building,taking 1# and 2# chiller with the highest utilization rate as an example to analyse key performance parameters,such as compressor load rate,evaporation temperature and condensing temperature etc.In order to further know about the energy consumption of water system,The text analyzes the operation data of chilled water inlet and outlet temperature,cooling water inlet and outlet temperature and condenser end temperature difference.Overall,the air conditioning design load for complex building is too large,so that the utilization rate is not high,but the unit efficiency is high in most of the operation time,and because of the use of advanced water treatment technology,end temperature difference and other indicators are in the normal range.Finally,the text proposes some improvement measures according to the problems existing in the air conditioning system.Such as further optimization of the load distribution,and the application of variable frequency operation of the chilled water pump during the period of the screw chiller operation and the network type energy charging system.The results show that the energy saving effect is obvious. |
