The Research On The Design Strategy And Method Of The Multi Use Space Of Higher Education Building In Guangxi

High education construction in the recent ten years has been in the innovation of education infrastructure,upgrading the quality of teaching and the contradiction between the relative shortage of land resources,development of education construction seek to high altitude.Is worth to explore high-level education building is universities campus planning and design of a kind of common practice.Previous research on high education construction traffic space,most concentrated in the fire evacuation study.But a large number of instances prove that high education construction of traffic design only meets fire evacuation,can’t well meet the requirements of daily use.Education construction development,the demand for construction traffic space on the basis of ensuring the evacuation,a more diversified use,can better meet the needs of teachers and students work,study and activities.This article will start from actual use requirement,combined with the fire evacuation,function layout,equipment selection,optimization of various factors such as space,through comprehensive means to improve the purpose of the senior education in colleges and universities building traffic space.This article based on the research of the high education construction traffic space and depth of a few of the senior education construction of colleges and universities in guangxi traffic space research and analysis,find out the high education construction in some problems of the traffic on the space design,combined with the architecture,behavioral science,environmental psychology,such as theoretical basis,to deal with the problem of high education building evacuation traffic space,on the basis of the diversified use of in-depth study of traffic space,strive to improve the quality of building public space,and integrate the teaching resources,improve the efficiency of building use,meet the demands for the teachers and students mental and physical.This thesis is divided into six chapters altogether.Chapter 1 is the introduction.Mainly put forward the research background,research significance of this thesis,as well as the current related research status both at home and abroad,research objects and research contents of this paper,provides a research direction for the subsequent chapters.Chapter 2 is a high-level education in colleges and universities of guangxi construction status quo of the research and analysis,summarize the purpose and content of research,to find a high-level education in colleges and universities in guangxi building traffic space problems and its reason,belong to discover problems,provide realistic foundation for the later research.Chapter 3 senior education for colleges and universities construction the basic characteristics of the transportation space design,the analysis of features of high education in colleges and universities building traffic space and the evacuation characteristics of students,teachers,the demand for high-level education building traffic space,and introduces the Hong Kong university high-level education advanced experience of the space design of buildings and transportation.Chapter 4 puts forward high-level education strategy and method to use building traffic space diversity.Chapter 5 mainly according to the construction of guangxi vocational and technical college training floor for an engineering example,high-level education in colleges and universities building traffic space diversity and use the strategies and methods for validation.
