With the national economy developing,the infrastructure construction undergoing and the urbanization proceeding,China’s cement industry has been developing rapidly.Powder material carrier,as the main transport vehicle for powder materials,has also gained a substantial growth.It can help to improve the transport efficiency,reduce the packing work during the transport,cut down the unnecessary waste of products,avoid the environmental pollution and decrease the labor intensity.As our government paying more and more attention on the control of the vehicle overload,to design lightweight vehicles becomes more and more meaningful and practical important.According to the mandatory requirements of national standards and regulations,vehicle work capacity requirements,and actual needs of customers,the 30m3 powder material transport semi-trailer’s tank volume,tank tilt and overall structure of the vehicle layout are finalized.According to working environment and working capacity of the powder material semi-trailer,with design and calculation of the main components,the corresponding parameters such as material,thickness and specification are determined initiatively.According to the results of design calculation,a three-dimensional model was established.CAE technique was used to analyze the deformation and stress of powdery material semitrailer under full load condition,discharge condition,turning condition and braking condition.It can be seen that the deformation and stress of the vehicle under four working conditions,both meet the design requirements,and a relatively large safety margin,and it possible to continue lightweight design.For the lightweight design,the thickness of the components of the tank and the frame were adjusted,and the four conditions were re-analyzed.According to the analysis results,tank and frame meet the strength requirements.Vehicle weight is reduced by 400 kg,weight reduction ratio 5%,thus lightweight design achieved.Finally,we made a experimental verification to the truck,which concluded that the special device performance,braking performance,anti-lock braking performance and the vehicle stability performance of the cement trailer all satisfied the standard requirements. |
