Research On Emotional Expression In Event-type Memorial Space Design

The memorial space is the special space type which combines representational space and abstract emotion.As one of the important branches,event-type memorial space represents a unique historical process and cultural heritage of a city.With the development of the times and the constant attention of human beings to the social spiritual and cultural fields,the memorial space began to play its irreplaceable educational function,and the expression of emotion has also reached a very important position in the design of event-type memorial space.The ultimate purpose of the existence of memorial space is to give the audience emotional sustenance and spiritual eternity in the space experience.The expression of emotion as an event type memorial space is different from ordinary space,and it is an important means to promote the spatial perception of visitors.Therefore,this paper will study the emotion expression design method of contemporary event-type memorial space.This paper will be a kind of important branch of memorial space,namely event-type memorial space as its research object,mainly focuses on the research event-type of emotional expression in the design of space design method.The article will be based on a large number of case studies on the event-type memorial space,through the relevant concept and type of events to commemorate the space design content,design elements,the spatial organization of interpretation,the paper mainly discusses the related concepts of emotional expression and symbol,metaphor,contrast,reproduce,etc to express space design method of the emotion,analyzes and elaborates how to transform the space place with the purpose of art design into a material carrier which can be spiritual and emotional.Finally on the basis of above analysis,summarizes the type adapted to contemporary events to commemorate the emotional expression space design strategy,and applied to the author for the design of the memorial park of Tianjin Tanggu,tries to through the study of the theory to guide the design of personal practice,and expects that the emotional expression design method can give new enlightenment to event-type memorial space.
