The world's energy problem has become more critical,so how to achieve building energy efficiency is becoming the focus of social attention.This paper studies the high-rise steel structure residential buildings in cold regions.It has the advantage of environmental protection and industrial development.The peripheral protection system act as the "skin" of high-rise steel houses in cold regions.At the same time,it act as a medium for the exchange of material,energy and information between the inside and outside of the building.70?80% of the energy in a steel structure house is lost through the external protection system.Therefore,the design of the perimeter protection structure is particularly important,which will affect the energy efficiency of the building.This paper mainly completed the following work:On-the-spot investigations of high-rise steel buildings in cold regions are conducted in this article.Therefore,we understand its structural form,component type,enclosure system,technical application,construction conditions.At the same time,we use interviews as a supplement.We summarize the problems in the external protection system of high-rise steel structure residential buildings in cold regions.Exploring the energy-saving principle of the external protection system for high-rise residential buildings in cold regions.By analyzing the influencing factors such as wind,light and heat in cold regions,we have drawn the principle of energy conservation.Combined with the green energy-saving standards of cold regions,we propose the key for energy-saving technologies: storage and protection.Energy-saving technology strategies for high-rise steel residential buildings in cold regions are proposed in this article.Technical answers for heat capacity,air tightness and thermal bridge are proposed.Efficient insulation technology is used to improve the thermal capacity of material.Steady-state protection technology is used to increase the air tightness of structure;Thermal bridge optimization technique is used to improve the energy efficiency of structure.Practice of energy-saving technology in the external protection system of high-rise residential buildings in cold regions.We choose the appropriate peripheral structural technology system to improve the energy efficiency of the building;We design suitable structural nodes to increase the air tightness of the building;We choose building materials to increase the heat capacity of the building.
