Research On Outdoor Environment Design Of Comprehensive Elderly Community In Beijing

With the increasingly serious problem of population aging in China,people gradually pay attention to and explore ways to solve the problem of aging.The problem of living in the elderly as the key to solving the problem of aging is getting more and more attention.Integrated elderly community is in this context,the rise of its construction is increasingly favored.Its outdoor environment is an important carrier of daily life of the elderly,is one of the key factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the outdoor environment design of integrated elderly community.However,there are shortcomings in the theoretical research and practical experience of the outdoor environment of the integrated elderly community in China,which is still in the exploratory stage.This paper first puts forward the problems from the introduction,discusses the realistic background of the comprehensive development of the elderly community in our country,clarifies the purpose and significance of the study,and puts forward the research methods and framework of the article.After that,the relevant concepts of the research object are interpreted and the specific research scope is clarified.The outdoor environment of the integrated elderly community is taken as the object of study.The elements of the outdoor environment of the integrated elderly community are divided into the main body--the elderly,the physical environment and the social environment and the specific contents and characteristics of each factor are analyzed in detail,and provides the theoretical basis for the specific investigation and analysis of the following elements.And then through the field investigation,visits and questionnaires,from the comprehensive elderly community outdoor environment elements of the physical environment,including road traffic,greening,space,service facilities,and society environment,including community participation and communication atmosphere to analyse and evaluate the problem.And analyzes the influencing factors of each constituent element through the comparison and evaluation of each aspect,and summarizes the merits and shortcomings of the outdoor environment of the comprehensive elderly community in Beijing.Finally,based on the summary of the existing comprehensive urban community outdoor environment design and the formation of the corresponding design strategy on the basis of the lack of new design strategies to explore,and summed up and put forward a relatively complete integrated elderly community outdoor environment design strategy.
