With the rapid development of economy,the continuous increase of population,motorized urban traffic congestion problem is becoming more and more serious.As a kind of high efficiency and large capacity transportation,rail transit plays an important role in alleviating the problem of urban traffic congestion.Conducting research on the choice of transfer behavior and transfer mechanism at the terminal of rail transit,and then analyzing the passengers' transfer preference and the sharing rate of various transfer modes,it is benefical to give full play to the function of rail transit system,providing the basis for the planning and layout of the rail transit facilities,improving the ability of rail transit's attraction of passenger flow,and better realize the integration and transfer of rail transit and other modes of transportation on the ground.First of all,this paper draw lessons from domestic and foreign research status of rail transit,makes clear the definition of the terminal of rail transit,analyzes the connotation of integrated transfer,and from the angle of site location,transfer environment,characteristics of passenger flow to summarize the basic characteristics of the terminal station of rail transit.A comparative analysis is made on several main transfer modes of the terminal station.Secondly,from the angle of accessibility of transfer to analyze the factors that influence the passengers' transfer,mainly include personal attribute,travel attribute,destination accessibility,transportation characteristics and the accessibility of transfer facility resources.The qualitative analysis of the influence factors of transfer on the passenger transfer decision process is also given.On this basis,through factor analysis to reduce the dimension of all factors,and then through multivariate logistic regression analysis method to analyze the important degree of each factor to analyze the behavior mechanism of passengers' transfer selection at the terminal of urban rail transit.Then,on account of the Logit model which is based on utility maximization theory,extracting important factors in the factor analysis as the characteristic variables of the model to establish terminal choose model of different transfer modes.Finally,taking the terminal station at Nanjing Metro Line 1,Line 2,Line 3 and Line 10 as study object,conducting investigations on the seven stations,after a preliminary analysis of the survey data,analyzing the correlation between passengers' personal attribute,travel attribute,destination accessibility attribute,transfer modes' perception attribute and transfer facilities' accessibility attribute,and according to the survey data,using SPSS software to calibrate the parameters of the model,taking the China Pharmaceutical University station as an example,using the constructed model to predict transfer probability of different modes at the station.
