With the development and progress of society,China has gradually formed a diversified urban transportation system composed of urban rail transit,conventional buses,cars,taxis and bicycles.There are many problems between different modes of transportation,such as difficult connection,inconvenient transfer,long walking time,long distance and so on.Public bicycles,as the main means of transportation to connect public transportation and serve short-distance travel,are an effective supplement to urban public transportation under high motorization conditions.It also plays an important role in solving problems such as the "last mile" between each station and the starting point,and the "transfer to one mile" between the two stations.Therefore,it is necessary to study the key technology of public bicycle system based on rail transit.First,I analyzed the development status of public bic ycle system and rail transit system at home and abroad.I also summarize the current research status of the probability selection model of transfer behavior and the scale model of public bicycles,and finally determine the main research content of the paper and formulate the technical route.Secondly,I discussed the main types of public bicycle stations and analyzed the passenger flow distribution characteristics of various types of stations,clarified the distribution of passenger traffic at various times,and pointed out the necessity of public bicycles running as the last kilometer of rail transit.Then,I combined the development status of rail transit in C hangchun C ity to analyze the basic characteristics of rail transit,the basic features of rail tran sit,and the basic features of public bicycles based on rail transit,and establish a probabilistic selection model of passenger transit behavior of rail transit stations.I established a logit model of multiple regression model,and determined the main inf luencing factors of rail transit passenger transfer selection model through a questionnaire survey on Changchun Metro Line 3.Finally,I used SPSS.21.0 for data analysis and parameter calibration,established the model influencing factors,and applied actua l data to test the model.Again,I built a public bicycle scale model to predict the number of bicycles and parking piles at public bicycle rental sites.Both the number of bicycles and the number of parking piles are considered in terms of the connection demand based on rail transit and the non-connection demand that is attracted and generated locally.The connection demand is mainly calculated by the passenger volume and transfer probability of rail transit.The non-connected demand is based on the land use nature and area within the attraction range of public bicycle stations as indicators to establish a prediction model,which is fitted with MATLAB software.Comprehensively consider the satisfaction and turnover rate to predict the demand for bicycles and the demand for parking piles.Finally,taking the Linhe Street Station of Changchun Metro Line 3 as an example,I determined the scale of the public bicycle rental site through parameters such as transfer probability,number of bicycles,and number of parking piles.Refer to the site selection rules for bicycle stations to select a suitable rental location.Eventually,I established a public bicycle system planning theory based on rail transit transfers based on the public bicycle system planning of this rail transit station.
