Rail transportation has grown stronger and stronger, bearing the heavy responsibility of transportation of goods and population.Fast and efficient at the same time, people are increasingly concerned about the collision safety of rail vehicles.Based on the collision dynamics theory, this paper conducts a collision simulation of the train, which verifies the feasibility of the dynamic simulation method to simulate the longitudinal collision of the train.Based on the validated dynamic simulation method, the different energy configuration of the train is evaluated quickly and the most Excellent energy allocation scheme. This provides certain theoretical guidance for optimizing the structural parameters of trains and improving the passive safety of trains, and has important significance in engineering applications.Firstly,an accurate mathematical model was established based on the mechanical properties of the coupler device,energy-absorbing device and the end structure. With a train as the research object, the differential equations of motion of the train were deduced, and the longitudinal collision dynamic model of the train was established; The newmark-? method was used to solve the dynamic equations, and the program was programmed in the matlab environment to realize the dynamic simulation process of train longitudinal collision. Then,in order to verify the accuracy of the longitudinal impact dynamics model of the train, the longitudinal and three-dimensional collision finite element model of a train is established in detail. After the solution calculation, compare three kinds of simulation results, the results show that the three kinds of collision response parameters in the simulation results with the same trend, the location of the deformation and energy absorption has good consistency, longitudinal impact dynamics simulation can substitute for the three dimensional finite element simulation of train collision simulation research; In addition, the dynamic simulation calculation time is much less than the finite element simulation,so the simulation of the longitudinal impact of the train is an effective method for the study of train collision simulation. Finally, based on the collision theory and collision energy management, combined with the actual situation of the train,15 energy configuration schemes were developed for the train.Based on the maximum average acceleration and energy efficiency, the optimal energy allocation scheme for train collision is obtained through dynamic simulation calculation.Ended with optimal power allocation scheme of train again 3 d collision simulation analysis, the calculation results show that the maximum average acceleration and energy utilization differ with dynamic simulation results is small, the better consistency, again to verify the accuracy of dynamic simulation.
