The study of the body structure anti-colllision performance mainly depends on the testing method before, which is to check related vehicle crashworthiness safety and the damage to human targets through testing, such studies need to repeatedly design, and it needs several vehicles,so researchers need spend a very long period to finish the vehicles safety test which needs lots of money.Because the test is very expensive, car crash test is gradually being replaced by computer simulation methods, and the latter has become the application hot spot of vehicle research.Computer simulation have been a mature theoretical system and the relatively wide range of applications, even though it is not a perfect substitute for real vehicle testing,it is an important complement to the process in the automotive research and development The simulation and analysis of deformation and energy absorption of thin beam-based car collision has practical engineering application of the theory and background, their research played a very important role in energy absorption for the vehicle body and vehicle anti-collision theory of research. Therefore,to carry out research work in this area is not only an important academic value, but also has practical significance for the project. At present, the thin-walled beam as a low-cost,high-energy absorption component, widely used in almost all of the collision impact energy dissipation system of aircraft, automotives and other transportation.Energy-absorbing of the thin-walled beam, primarily through its own plastic deformation to dissipate impact energy when the structure have a significant role in crushing the trip, and it will dissipate impact energy,so instantaneous impact load substantially reducing the strength. At the same time, the structure of thin-walled tube axial absorbs about an order of magnitude energy than the high horizontal,so the study of thin-walled tube in the axial has a great guiding significance for the structural study of anti-collision.This paper based on nonlinear finite element theory, and dicussed on finite element analysis model of the collision in a reasonable simplification, meshing and material parameters, combined with the destruction of a rectangular thin-walled beam model from the center of resultant acceleration and energy absorption value analyzed thin-walled beam cross-section shape of the collision performance and different thickness of the thin-walled beam collision performance. In order to find a thin-walled structure which can decrease the initial acceleration peak and keep the vertical deformation and local stability when colliding, and then designed a cone-shaped cross-section thin-walled beam, and then compared the cone thin-walled beam with direct-shaped thin-walled beam performance of the collision. At last designed the thin-walled beam-induced trough and analyzed the different shapes of thin-walled beam-induced collision performance,non-induced thin-walled beam with trough trough induced by the collision of thin-walled beam-induced trough of performance and different location of the V-shaped thin-walled beam the impact of the collision performance.
