Research On The Methods Of Hydraulic Balance Commissioning For HVAC System

Static state hydraulic disorder exists in central air conditioning water systems,mainly because of the superposition of errors such as the process of design,product selection,and construction in the systems.The resistance characteristics of pipeline in design is not accord with the one in actual system,so it is a state of hydraulic disorder as the result of the discordance between actual flow and the designed flow.It is mainly used to solve the problem of hydraulic disorder that installing static balancing valve at present.Static balancing valve through adjusting the valve opening to change the resistance which can balance the ratio of resistance in Parallel circuits allocates the flow properly to keep the actual flow equal the design one.In this study,we investigated the present projects of air condition at first and found that it is not quite well in hydraulic balancing commissioning.If static balancing valve has not been commissioned before,it will have a negative effect on the whole system.We make a step further in the method of hydraulic balancing commissioning in central air conditioning water systems.By doing hydraulic balancing commissioning of heating system and central air conditioning system in a community,some methods such as presetting method,iterative method and proportion method are compared.The result of every method will be analyzed by the commissioning effect,and the necessity of hydraulic balancing commissioning will be further put forward based on the measure.Existing method of hydraulic balancing commissioning will be perfected,meanwhile a standardization system of commission will be established in order to provide reference for the subsequent commissioning of project.
