At present,China's subway construction mileage exceeds 3,000 kilometers,annual investment exceeds 300 billion yuan,and more than 40 cities build subways,and the demand for subways on the market continues to increase,making China's subway development more spacious.The demand for subway customers tends to be customized and diversified,resulting in a long development cycle,forcing subway design and manufacturing companies to constantly seek new design means and methods.It is required to make full use of existing resources of enterprises while accelerating the demand for the metro market.responding speed.The configuration design as one of the core technologies for solving the above problems has been widely used.This article has carried on the thorough research to the subway demand model building,the subway bogie configuration modeling as well as the subway bogie configuration solution and so on combining the actual project and the enterprise demand.The research results of this paper can help companies to implement configuration design in the actual design and production,and achieve rapid response to market demand.Thesis research mainly includes the following:(1)Research on modeling methods for subway demand.The premise of successful configuration design is to accurately understand and grasp the requirements of customers' diversity,differentiation and obfuscation as the starting point of configuration design.This paper analyzes customer demand information by means of joint analysis,conducts market segmentation based on customer preferences,quantifies fuzzy customer requirements,and translates them into customer demand utility values and customer demand importance as a basis for subsequent configuration design.(2)Study the modeling method of the subway bogie configuration model.Based on the constructed demand model,configuration modeling firstly uses the extended QFD tool to realize the information mapping between customer differentiation requirements and the configuration model at each stage,and the customer voice is permeated in the configuration model.Then the configuration unit model is established,and the basic information,parameters,related constraints,and associations included in the configuration unit are described in detail.Taking the subway bogie as an example,the mapping process of demand information is given,and a subway bogie configuration model based on the configuration unit model is established.(3)Study the method of solving the configuration of subway bogies.In order to ensure the efficiency and results of the configuration solution,different solutions are chosen.For situations in which there are successful instances that can meet new requirements,a case-based reasoning solution method is used to retrieve and correct similar instances and obtain configuration results.For situations where there are no similar instances that can meet new requirements,a multi-level hierarchy based on constraint satisfaction is used.The solution method is configured and the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the problem,which effectively improves the solution efficiency.(4)Based on the above theoretical methods,a prototype system of subway bogie configuration design was built using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as a development tool.Combined with examples to demonstrate the operation of the configuration system,the main functional modules of the configuration system are described.
