The digital scopemeter not only has many functions of the digital oscilloscope,but also has many advantages of the portable device,such as light and smart,easy to carry,easy interface operation and so on.As the core part of the scopemeter,the control platform determines the scopemeter's architecture,operating speed,and expansion interfaces.The control platform of scopemeter based on SOC can help the scopemeter to improve the efficiency of data processing rate.At the same time,the control platform can provide a variety of external interfaces for the scopemeter.It also provides a mainstream embedded system on the bottom layer so as to make the design of scopemeter's hardware and program based on this platform easier to develop and has more abundant functions.The hardware design and system production of the control platform of scopemeter based on SOC are introduced in detail in this paper.Mainly focus on the addition of the extended interface of the scopemeter,the reduction of the power consumption of the control platform to extend the using time,the key technologies of the control platform are discussed.The following aspects are highlighted:1.Expansion interfaces design of scopemeter.Rich expansion interfaces can meet a variety of users' needs.This paper analyzes the structure of the selected SOC,ZYNQ-7000.It integrates ARM and FPGA on a single chip.Based on its PS+PL asynchronous architecture,a variety of commonly used interfaces such as Ethernet,USB,and UART are designed on the PS(Correspond to ARM)and multiple GPIOs are reserved on the PL(Correspond to FPGA).Users can configure or customize the functions of these GPIOs according to the protocol specified by the platform,so as to meet the increasingly complex interface application requirements.2.Core IP designs in SOC.In order to realize the basic functions of the scopemeter,this paper intrudeces high-speed data receiving and storage module,including ADC control IP and high-speed data processing IP in the data collection section.In the display secton,Data Transmission IP and Control Clock IP of the display module are designed.In order to reduce the power consumption of the control platform,the power management IP was designed to control each power-consuming module to achieve low-power optimization.3.Power and battery management.The scopemeter is a portable handheld instrument.One design difficulty of this kind of instrument is battery design and power management.After analyzing the power requirements of each module,we select suitable power chips to achieve the voltage conversion function.Then according to the characteristics of the lithium battery,we choose the appropriate charge and discharge management program.A power management module is designed to achieve adapter power supply and battery management functions.
