| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the number of motor vehicles continues to increase,coupled with the speed of urbanization faster and faster,China’s major cities in the increasingly congested traffic congestion,seriously hinder the development of the city.The coordinated control of trunk green wave is widely used as an effective method to alleviate traffic congestion.It can improve the capacity of road traffic,reduce the number of parking and the time of parking,and improve the effect of traffic congestion by coordinating the signal parameters of the intersections.This paper mainly studies the applicability and effect evaluation of green wave based on cloud model.The concrete contents are as follows:Firstly,considering the factors such as the number of lanes and the length of road sections,the seven evaluation indexes are selected to construct the evaluation index system,and the evaluation index system is analyzed and calculated.The evaluation index belongs to different applicable cloud model Digital characteristics,the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index,combined with the positive cloud model to be evaluated to evaluate the road comprehensive evaluation value,and ultimately determine the road green wave applicability level.The results show that this method can evaluate the green wave applicability of the road accurately and provide a new way and a new way for the analysis of the green wave applicability of the road.Secondly,according to the evaluation of the green wave effect,a new algorithm of GPS anomaly elimination based on the combination of the method and the velocity discriminant method is proposed.On this basis,a parking detection algorithm based on vehicle GPS data is proposed.The results show that the proposed algorithm can quickly and effectively remove the anomaly points.The parking detection algorithm can accurately calculate the number of parking times and the time of parking of the vehicle.The results show that the algorithm can be used to calculate the parking time TheThirdly,the average travel speed is selected,the average number of parking times per kilometer,the average number of parking times per kilometer as the three indicators of green wave coordination effect evaluation,through the analytic hierarchyprocess to determine the weight of the indicators,the use of cloud model comprehensive assessment of the main road green wave coordination effect.The results show that the method can evaluate the effect of the green wave coordination on the road,and the results are as follows:(1)The method can be used to evaluate the effect of the green wave coordination on the roadside of the city,such as Chegongzhuang Street,Guangda Street and Zhao Dengyu Road.Green wave coordination effect provides a new way.Finally,in order to facilitate the acquisition of green wave effect evaluation index information,the design and development of the Android-based green wave effect index calculation APP,it can be real-time access to test vehicle speed and travel time and draw the space-time trajectory.The test results show that the APP has certain stability and usability. |
