Pursuing the maximization of interests is the primary goal of the market economy.The requirements of enterprise for construction cost management are increasing.But there are some problems in the procedure of cost management,such as material management chaos,settlement delay and imperfect and unreal fund data and so on.This phenomenon is particularly significant in the construction industry,an urgent need for the construction of a set of investment projects in the whole process,scientific and rational cost management system,management of the project cost of a comprehensive,thorough and efficient.Based on reading related references,this paper starts with the research on the construction management and cost control of the basic construction projects from the domestic and foreign technological transformation,and related theories and literature review on the whole process cost management,This paper discusses the theory and method of the whole process cost management,analyzes the common problems and reasons for the whole process cost management of construction projects.This paper summarizes the general method of the whole process cost management of construction project,and Provide reference frame for the whole process cost management of construction project.In this paper,the cost management of the construction project of BCF technology reconstruction is analyzed,and the cost control and cost analysis are discussed in this paper.Through the analysis of the cost management of BCF technology,this paper puts forward the problems existing in cost control and construction management of BCF technology reconstruction project,and puts forward some reference and guidance for the similar engineering projects.
