| With the deep development of the marine resources,marine rescue has gradually attracted the attention of scientists,marine lifesaving equipment improvement also caused the attention of marine operators;Through investigation of the shipwrecked personnel:the most scarce of the shipwrecks before being rescued is drinking fresh water,and dying of thirst at sea is one of the important reasons for the deaths of the shipwrecks.In order to improve marine life-saving equipment,this paper presents a fresh water supply device for marine lifejackets,and carries out theoretical and applied research.The main work is as follows:(1)In order to meet the demand of marine operators,a fresh water supply device for marine lifejackets is proposed for the first time,and describe its fresh water supply process system.(2)In order to make up for the limitation of van Hoofs formula in the field of seawater osmotic pressure,the variation rule of seawater osmotic pressure with solute concentration at the boundary of reverse osmosis membrane is derived from the viewpoint of chemical potential gas-liquid equilibrium of seawater in this paper:(?)(3)The transmembrane mass transfer of seawater reverse osmosis(RO)was simulated by using mixture model and dilute material transfer model in COMSOL Multiphysics software.The simulation results show that the reverse osmosis process of seawater under pulse flow inlet condition is better than that under constant flow inlet condition.(4)Based on the theoretical study of the fresh water supply device for marine lifejackets and the simulation results of different working modes,a set of manual fresh water supply devices for marine lifejackets.(5)The seawater desalination capacity of the marine lifejacket fresh water supply device developed in this paper is verified by setting up an experimental device.An additional set of experiments were designed to compare the performance of reverse osmosis desalination process with pulse flow characteristics and that of constant flow rate reverse osmosis desalination process.The results show that the reverse osmosis process is better than the constant one when the inlet flow rate of seawater is pulse flow.Finally,the feasibility and scientific design of the fresh water supply device for marine lifejacket developed in this paper are proved by the above development work. |
