As the core of new energy vehicle,power battery system directly represents the research and development level of new energy vehicles.Power battery system plays an important role in the research and development of new energy vehicles,and directly affects the future development direction of new energy vehicles.Power battery system is a multi-field research and development project,which integrates the technology of electrochemistry,charging,power electronics,automation and so on.These factors greatly increase the risk of the power battery system project for R&D.At the same time,national policy,company management and project process bring huge risks to the project in the process of R&D,Therefore,it is crucial to manage the risk of the projects for power battery research.This paper takes risk management of G company power battery R&D project as the research base.On the basis of elaborating related theories and methods of project risk management,and according to the characteristics of the power battery development project.This paper analyzes the various influencing factors of the power battery,identifies the project risk through the checklist method,and then classifies the risk in the R&D project.And then,through the expert brainstorming method to determine the risk index,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the impact degree of each index.Evaluation of one(or several)specific risk factors on the impact of project risk target layer weights to calculate the weight coefficient of each risk factor of the project,then the risk weighting of sorting through the index layer find important,secondary risk of project item.Finally,in order to guarantee the smooth development of the company's power battery research and development project,G company minimizes the risk of the company in the future project management,puts forward the corresponding risk response methods and preventive measures,and through the risk management monitoring measures to check the control results in real time,and put forward the best risk emergency treatment measures in time when the risk response failure.
